Progress report
Initial Model for childhood home
After researching the possibilities of recreating an interactive POV walkthrough game, I realize that it might be more time-consuming than expected. Not Only would I have to create the soundscape of individual interactions, but also sculpt each object accordingly. I decided to initially animate each individual objects, put them together in Maya and see if the workflow allows additional interactive component when using Unity.

Dream: I wish to create a project that encapsulates my childhood through an escapist lens. I wish to bring in feelings of warmth and fuzziness deeply rooted in melancholia.
Vision - Despite the controversies in NFTs, I think it would be interesting to create a collection of my childhood items that are not for sale. I will use blender, Maya, and nomad to recreate my childhood memories, and perhaps try to recreate my childhood bedroom in Unity. I want the landscape to be a storytelling device, each item can be clicked on and be interactive in some way.
Goal- My goal is to have a finished online project that can be viewed and interacted with by others. I will use unity to build the platform and host it on web flow. I would have to create various different objects in blender and Maya, hopefully, animated, and place them in the environment that I built in unity. Each item would have its individual path, and the storyline would not be clear unless the user carefully explores and interact with the environment. I will have to first write a storyline and build the items and environment accordingly.
Plan -
Feb 14 - Research 3D online interactive platforms and unity’s ability to host online environments
March 7 - Finish creating storyline and environment
March 28 - Start 3D model items and animation
April 1 - Integrate into web flow or other hosting domains
April 18 - Finish 3D model animation and create different paths within unity

It all begins with an idea.
It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.
Don’t worry about sounding professional. Sound like you. There are over 1.5 billion websites out there, but your story is what’s going to separate this one from the rest. If you read the words back and don’t hear your own voice in your head, that’s a good sign you still have more work to do.
Be clear, be confident and don’t overthink it. The beauty of your story is that it’s going to continue to evolve and your site can evolve with it. Your goal should be to make it feel right for right now. Later will take care of itself. It always does.
